554. A Large Royal Dux Figural, ca. Early 19th Century

A large Royal Dux figural depicting a man wearing flowing robes, seated on a camel, on a mound base, with a man carrying parcels and baskets standing below. Overall the piece is approx. 24"H x 20"W x 10"D. In softly colored glazes of sand color, pale green and pinks with gold-tone highlighting. Marked underneath with the pink triangular Royal Dux mark, and impressed mark, the number 1/60, the number 10046, the number 78, and hand painted in glaze "A.I.".
