Very nice example of a flatweave Shirvan carpet. Double geometric medallion woven into the navy blue centerfield filled with geometric shapes. Note the field design is not uniform, which adds to the interest of the piece. There is also variance in the width of the main border. Natural dye colors include beige, pale blue, and burned red. Overall this rug measures approx. 4'10" x 4'1".
