Diners at the Moulin Rouge. Watercolor on paper, signed in the lower left corner, "Val." not framed, 8-1/2" x 11-1/2". Diners dressed in the costume of the 1890's in Paris are seated in a lovely gaslit interior. Val was a pupil of Renoir and is known for his illustartions of flowers, genre and still life.
