"Fiera Ad Magnificina", a Pentecostal hymn from John 14:23. Watercolor pigments and gold pigment accents on paper, framed under glass, 19-3/4" x 13" sight size, with frame overall 22-3/4" x 16". In traditional western Christian liturgy, an antiphonal is a short sentence that is chanted or sung in concert with a psalm, with its origin in the 17th Century.

A lot of five lithographic pages from French publications, ca. mid-late 19th Century, each illustrating a different whimsical/pastoral or domestic scene, none are framed, most are trimmed, the image size for each averaging approx. 10" x 7-1/2", the sheets varying in size from 14" x 10" to 11" x 9-1/4". All are strong impressions with rich velvety black tones to the images.

A lot of twenty-eight copper engraved illustrations from the Bible. Each was drawn and engraved by Romain de Hooghe and published by Jacob Lindenberg. The plates have been trimmed to the image, and each sheet measures approx. 6" x 7-1/2" (+-). They are all excellent and crisp impressions, in very good condition considering age and wear.
