Trumpeting Angel. Oil on board, not signed. The image measures approx. 9-1/2" x 4"; overall in a gothic style gilt wood frame 17-1/2" x 6-1/2". Very nice quality painting; a copy of a 16th Century angel, with gold leafed background, set into an attractive architectural frame. This is a piece that was made for sale as a souvenir devotional object.
