| 341. Two Dutch Tobacco Boxes, ca. 18th Century
Both boxes are of elongated shape with rounded edges and hinged lids; brass top and bottom and copper sides. The boxes are engraved with various decorations. First box depicts a musical scenes with scrollwork surround; engraved scrollwork on the sides as well. Second box depicts an engraved New Testament scenes on top and bottom; sides are engraved with text in Dutch. Measure approx. 1-3/8" x 2" x 6-1/4"; and 1-3/8" x 1-3/4" x 7" respectively. 300/500 Sold $287.50 back to catalog |
