To the left is an image of a church, above which are the words "La Lorraine and Etats-Unis 12 Septembre 1918. At the far right, just above the ground is "A. Finot 1919". The plaque is rectangular with an arched top, approx. 3-1/8"W x 3"H x (-)1.4"D. One edge is marked "Bronze".
