| 2. After Sir Anthony Van Dyck (Flemish, 1599-1641)
An unsigned painting of the face of a Cherub, oil on wood board, inscribed in blacvk pigment on verso "ps.re....Antoin Van Dyck, Dyck,...1630". Also affixed to the verso is a small piece of paper inscribed, partially legible, in ink "To my dear friend Charles W.....this genuine work of Anthony Van Dyke from...........Oct. 1904". The panel size is 5-5/8" x 7-5/8", framed under glass in a Dutch pattern frame with a gilt liner under glass, overall size 13-1/4" x 15-1/4".
