"La Chaine Simpson" Maitres de L'Affiche. Lithograph in colors, ca. 1900, with blind stamp at the lower left corner from Chaix, matted and framed under plexiglas, image size approx. 9-1/16" x 12-3/4", paper size approx. 11-5/16" x 15-1/2", overall with framing approx. 16-1/4" x 20". The paper is hinged onto a foamcore board with two paper hinges at the top edge. There is a gilt edge at the right side of the paper. This piece will have a document of authenticity accompanying the lot from Omnibus Gallery in Aspen, CO, dated 1995.

A soft and misty scene with a calm and reflective stream in the center of the composition. Either side of the banks have leafy trees in the mist and the bank on the left has a small picket fence.
