All placed into the individual cells of the presentation box with a sliding glass front. Overall the box measures approx. 9-1/2" x 6" x 2".

The tallest bottle in the group is of flattened rectangular shape with inside painted decorations depicting butterflies and flowers over ochre yellow background; measures approx. 3-1/4"T x 1-5/8" x 5/8". Flattened ovoid shape frosted and yellow glass snuff bottle with inside painting depicting a mountanous landscape on one side and a tree branch with a bird resting on it; yellow stopper with an attached spoon; measures approx. 2-5/8" x 1-3/8" x 3/4". Third bottle is of a flattened stout shape with frosted and red color glass; sides of the bottle are painted with harbor scenes; green stopper with an attached spoon; measures approx. 2-3/8" x 1-5/8" x 7/8".

The snuff bottle in a double-gourd shape with two carved rings at the waist. Both sides of the bottle feature landscapes and bird engraving is on the bottom part, with Chinese characters on the top part. The stopper with an attached diminutive spoon and a decorative finial. 424. Carved Ivory/Bone Seated Quan Yin, Chinese, ca. Early 20th Century
A very well carved Quan Yin (Guanyin), pinnacle of Mercy and Compassion, seated in a graceful pose, holding a beggar's cup in her right hand and with her left hand delicately touching her chin. She is seated on a three-part pedestal carved with lotus petals, low relief carved masks of foo dogs (the mythological protectors of the goddess) and stylized scalloped decorations on at the base. Tranquil expression of the Quan Yin's face is a testament to the skills of the artist carver. Bottom of the carving is marked with an apocryphal style mark. Overall the piece measures approx. 13½"T. The carving rests on a fitted wooden base.
