Mother of pearl handle knives with sterling silver reousse decorative bands and silver plate blades. There are six 9" dinner knives, six 5¼" butter knives, five 5¾" fruit knives, and a 6¾" master butter knife. All pieces are marked "sterling" on the decorative bands, and "Meriden Cutlery Co. 1855".
