A gorgeous ladies' brooch, made from marked 14K yellow gold, with a central emerald cut amethyst stone measuring approx. 1-3/4" x 1-5/8" held by a rope shaped pronged setting, surrounded by twenty-one wired matched pearls, around which is a scrolling openwork setting with a beaded surface. Overall the brooch measures approx. 2"W x 1-1/2"H, and has a safety catch on the pin and two loops so it can be suspended from a chain.
