An earthenware vessel with straight sides and short flared rim and base. Decorated on the sides with oblong floral cartouches over scalloped design ground accented with blue flowers. The traditional Iznik-style palette includes turquoise, blue, white and brown ochre tones. The bottom is marked with an underglaze numbers 13 and 11. The vessel bears an old sticker "The British Antique Dealers' Association/ For Customs Purposes PNLY/ Certified over 100 years old." Measures approx. 10-1/2"T.
