Portrait of a young girl in a plumed hat. Oil on paper mounted onto board, mounted onto a plywood board, indistinctly signed "A. VanB..." in the lower left, framed in a newer frame with a gilt spandrel, the sight size approx. 8-1/2" x 6-3/4" oval, the overall size of the painting approx. 9-1/8" x 7-1/8", and with the frame approx. 17-3/4" x 15-3/8". There is a photocopy of this painting and a description from a former auction attributing the painting to an "A. Van Boeul".
