A delicate hand-embroidered off-white cotton shawl with applied hand-embroidered floral and paisley motif decorations. Overall palette of the shawl is in red, pink all with black outlines, blue, ochre and green accents. The sides are reinforced with hand stitched on moss green cotton ribbon. The shawl is signed within a pink fleur cartouche on one of the narrow sides. Also signed in pink thread "SB/MAE" on the corner. Overall it measures approx. 72" x 34".
