737. A Hand Made Antique Judaic Box
A hand made Judaic Etrog box, in an elongated octagonal form, with a hinged lid in carved wood and wood veneers, the sides pegged together, with an applied ornament on the lid of a half-wreath surrounding an open book. Three of the front sides are carved in a low relief depicting a walled city, and there are numerous inscriptions in Hebrew on the top and sides. The interior is upholstered in an apple green silk material. Overall the box measures 6-1/4"W x 4"D x 3-1/4"H.

738. An English Tea Caddy
A beautifully appointed English wooden tea caddy, ca. 1880, in a dark wood veneer, finished in a medium brown color, with inlay of mother of pearl foliate designs over the top and the front of the box, with knobs on either side for handles, the interior with two compartments with hinged lids and one central compartment lined in a rose color velvet containing an orb-shaped cut crystal container, approx. 3-3/4" in diameter. Overall this pretty box measures 13-1/2"W x 7-3/8"D x 7"H.

An oval, possibly satinwood, veneered tea caddy with inlaid "fan" decorations, a hinged lid, an ivory escutcheon, and a brass hinged knob on the top. The interior is lined with greenish paper. Overall it measures approx. 4-3/4"T x 3-1/4"W x 5-3/4"L.

740. An Antique Travelling Jewelry Box
An unusual antique jewelry box, with a hinged lid on the top and a hinged metal carrying handle, and with a hinged front cover with a locking mechanism, inset with a thick beveled glass window, covering two drawers with metal hinged handles. The interior of the top is in deeply button tufted chartreuse silk with yellow silk string covered buttons, the tray of the top also covered in silk and matching velvet, fitted with compartments to contain rings and a watch, and with the other two drawers lined with the green silk. Overall the box measures approx. 8-5/8"W x 6-1/8"D x 6-1/2"H.
