Oil on canvas, signed in the lower right corner, framed in an older gilt frame, the canvas size measuring approx. 14-1/4" x 17-1/4", and with the framing overall approx. 16-3/4" x 19-3/4". The men stand on the shore in front of a dam; one man lifts what appears to be a fishing trap from the water at the left.
