Fancy Russian diamond brooch decorated with an Imperial eagle and set with various size diamonds, all over cobalt blue guilloche enamel background. No marks were found. Gold around the perimeter tested 12k. The brooch weights 16.5 g. Measures approx. 1-1/2"D.
