Carved ivory, with raised relief scenes with soldiers, villagers and horses. Scabbard in five segments with intersecting metal work (possibly silver), inlaid with turquoise and coral colored stones. Capped end and handle. Carving on handle shows someone about to lose his head. Black pigment is faint. Untempered, soft steel blade, dull, approx. 16"L.
