A Russian Niello silver box, Moscow, ca. 1893, measuring approx. 3-1/2" x 2-1/8" x 3/4", with a geometric pattern embellishing one side and an image of a colonnaded building surrounded by geometric designs on the other. The box is hallmarked underneath the lid.
