A attractive pair of mahogany hall chairs, measuring approx. 37"H x 18"W x 16"D, in a glossy patinated finish on mahogany, with the front feet in a spade form and the back legs slightly splayed, a slightly concave wooden seat, with an ovoid back carved with a central oval containing a hand painted image crest of a turkey with a Latin inscription on a scrolling banner below, surrounded by radiating ridges contained in the outer band of the inside back.
