Christ and the Centurion's Son, after Veronese. Oil on canvas, no signature found, framed in a wide coved gilt frame with egg and dart details, the canvas size approx. 21-1/2" x 17-3/4" and with the framing overall approx. 29" x 26". There is a hand lettered inscription on the verso of the canvas, mostly illegible. There is also a remnant of a wax seal at the lower right of the back of the canvas. The stretchers and keys are unusually made.
