A collection of four drawings on paper; the first a pencil portrait of a young woman with blush highlighting, signed by Earl J. Neff and dated 1922, measuring 9" x 7", the second a nude sketch by Henry Keller, measuring 9-1/4" x 8", the third a pencil sketch on paper of a theatre setting by William Sommer, measuring approx. 6-1/2" x 4-1/4", and last a landscape by Frank Wilcox, pencil on paper, measuring approx.5" x 6-3/8". None are framed.

A collection of three vividly painted watercolors on paper, the first a shoreline scene, signed in the lower right corner and dated 7/12/25, the second a shoreline with dines and trees, not signed, and the last a side of a house with climbing flowering vines, signed in the lower right and dated 1925, each paper is 10-7/8" x 14-3/4" overall. The beach scenes are horizontal and the other is vertical. None are framed.

The original label from the Cleveland Museum of Art 29th May Show, ca. 1947 is affixed to the back.

Watercolor on paper, signed and titled in the lower right corner, matted and framed under glass, the sight size measuring approx. 20-1/2" x 28-1/2", with the framing overall approx. 32-1/2" x 41-1/2". The labels affixed to the back are from the Cleveland Museum of Art 29th May Show, ca. 1947, from the same artist, but another title, "Monroe's Boatyard, Nassau". Many artists are known to reuse frames for other of their paintings, though it is only speculation that this is the case here, and it is still a lovely representation of this artist's work.

The artist studied with Henry Keller and Frank Wilcox in Cleveland, Ohio, and exhibited paintings in the 1926 Cleveland Museum of Art May Show. ("Codfish Corners", and "Glouchester Gossips".)
