A set of twelve Royal Doulton plates, each decorated and signed E. Percy, with multicolor floral sprays in the center surrounded by a bright blue texture decorated rim and a scalloped gilt outer lip. Each piece is marked on the underside. There are groups of variations in the compositions, including two types of three plates, two types of two plates and two with individual compositions. 351. A Set of Six Coalport Cabinet Plates
A set of six Coalport Kingsware cabinet plates, each measuring approx. 9-1/8" in diameter, with scalloped edges and foliate relief designs around the rim, each with a transfer and hand decorated image in the center of different characters from works by Charles Dickens, including Bill Sikes, Captain Cuttle, Mr. Pickwick, Little Nell, Mr. Micawber, and Mr. Peggotty. Each plate is marked on the underside. The images were originally created by Frederick Barnard (1846-1896). Frederick Barnard was an illustrator and engraver in England but also did magazine and book illustration in New York City in the 1880s and 1890s for "Harper's Weekly" and Selmar Press. He is known primarily for his illustrations of Charles Dickens' characters, many of them published by Harper's.

356. Two Kistler German Porcelain Figurines of Cherubs Riding Goats
Two 20th Century porcelain figurines of cherubs riding on the backs of goats, each hand painted and each marked on the underside. The maker is Porzellanmanufaktur A.W. F. Kistler in Thuringia, Germany. The larger figurine measures approx. 9"H x 9" W x 3-1/2"D. The cherub has decorated the goat with a flower laden collar and himself with grapes and leaves. The smaller of the two measures approx. 8-1/4"H x 6"W x 3-1/4"D, and is blowing a gilt horn. The mark on the underside dates these pieces between 1905 and 1972.

A set of Wedgwood majolica strawberry dishes and a serving dish, eleven 6" in diameter with like markings and colors and one with different colors and markings, and one serving dish, 11" x 14". Each dish is a slightly ovoid shape, with relief patterns embossed on the interior of strawberries, flowers and vines over a striated background. Each has protruding handles at the sides that have embossed bows. They are hand glazed in pink, sage green and pale yellow, with the exception of the non-matching dish in other colors. Each is marked on the underside, again with the exception of the non-matching dish. The date mark is for 1878.

A ceramist and brother of artist Clement Massier, Delphin used a luster glaze and his productions, varied in both form and color, usually in hues of pinks, purples and greens. This ceramic vase has an Art Nouveau, organic shape employing four "tail-like", open applied pieces, emanating from the base and attached at the tapered cylindrical vase. One side has an Iris flower image. The underside is marked "DM", "Vallauris" and "AM". It measures approx. 8-1/4"T x 4-1/2"W at base.

A rare Weller ewer, second line Dickensware, signed by the artist, C.B. Upjohn and dated 1902, with a matte finish with a very textural surface decorated in an aquatic theme. Fish swirl and swim with coral and underwater foliage, and the handle is fashioned in the shape of a sea serpent. The rim along the top is also in the shape of fish terminating at a foliate design at the spout. It measures approx. 13"H x 4-1/2" in diameter at the widest point.

A Moorcroft lamp base, wired for electricity, with raised decorations on the sides depicting orange bearded irises and blue/violet Johnny-Jump-Up blossoms on a varigated blue/blue-green background. The top has a brass cap with a beaded edge design and holds a milk-glass globe. There is no shade. The base matches the cap at the top with a beaded detail and has a multi-level effect on a plain round base. Overall the lamp measures 21-1/4" to the top of the globe, and the ceramic part measures 9-1/2"H.
