A three piece clock garniture set fashioned from a high polish tan marble with several surfaces with champleve enamel embellishments attached including the clock face. The shape of the clock is Art Deco with a sturdy rectilinear architectural silhouette. The accompanying urns are also made from the same marble with champleve accents. The clock measures approx. 13-1/2"W x 14"H x 4-1/4"D, and each urn measures approx. 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" x 12-5/8"H. There were no maker's markings found.

Each club shaped form base is made from hand decorated porcelain in soft pinks and greens, with double applied ornaments of peaches at the top, seated on a wooden base and with a wooden cap. The ivory silk shades are "oriental" shape, and the finials are carved brass, also with an oriental design.

A pair of gilt Rococo style framed mirrors, the frames probably fashioned in Italy. Each mirror is of an irregular flowing design with meandering foliate forms in deep relief surrounding a plain mirror. The frames were originally finished in a bright burnished gold leaf, now partially covered by repainting as the gesso layer ages. Overall they measure 38"H x 26"W. Stunning.

He springs from a scrolling foliate form and has large scrolls carved behind him. He is carved from several pieces of wood fastened together and has a newer crown moulding at the top. The bracket measures approx. 19" x 17-1/4" x 16-3/4"D.

The front of the fragment has been stained with a dark brown color. It measures approx. 2-3/4" x 9-3/4" x 1/2" thick.

A large ceremonial vessel, very handsome and decorative, in the shape of a pot on a pedestal with a handle and spout and a lid chained to the handle, possibly from Tibet. The form is carved of a dark wood and clad with worked relief pieces of patinated metal, possibly copper. The vessel stands on a metal stand and has several images of figures and faces in the embellishments. The handle and the spot are in the shape of mythical beasties, and several of the faces have cabochon blue stones inset in bezels for their eyes. Overall it measures 19-1/2"H.

A large lot of vintage American political items including; a printed silk American flag rolled inside it's own tube case with brass ends, 15-1/4"L, a yellow silk McKinley and Hobart banner with blue letters, approx. 32 x 7" (folded up), a Presidential Inauguration Ball box containing a metal "Hoover" lapel pin and four tiny silk american flag pins, three with oval photographs in the center of William McKinley, a Presidential Inauguration Ball box containing a pair of gilt cufflinks dated January 20 1969 , a Presidential Inauguration Ball Box containing gilt cufflinks with red, white and blue enamel, the box dated 1973, four gilt blazer buttons with a shield decoration and marked "Waterbury, Conn." and a "Cum Laude" pin, a gilt medal medallion of Teddy Roosevelt, an American flag stick pin with a collar button with the image of a beetle (ca. 1896), a collar button the a photograph of McKinley and Roosevelt rimmed in red white and blue silk, a medal in the shape of a gilt cross with the American Eagle in the center and white enamel on the face with a black ribbon, a collection of seventeen 20th Century circular political buttons, a photograhic political button on a red,white and blue bow-tied ribbon, a group of thirteen printed silk ribbon souvenir pins, some ornately embellished with metals and photographs from various campaigns, and a gros-grain ribbon sash in black, gold and grey with a medallion "Sesquicentennial 1802-1952" and a nameplate "Dick '12".
