A very unusual sterling silver punch ladle, with no maker's marks, but stamped under the spout with "37"; the hollow openwork handle in the shape of intertwining grape vines, and with the gracefully tilted bowl decorated with grape leaves and with a gold wash on the interior. The ladle is probably a one of a kind piece, weighing slightly less than 5 troy oz. and measuring approx. 14-1/2"L.

An extensive set of French silver plated flatware, ca. 1930's. There are 128 pieces total, many of which are marked with the maker's insignia. The pieces come in their original red & black cardboard boxes with white satin and flocked interior. The flatware includes: twelve of each of 5-3/4" teaspoons, 8-1/4" dinner forks, 8-1/4" large spoons, 8-1/4" fruit knives, 10" dinner knives, 7-1/4" fish forks, 8-1/4" fish knives, 6" dessert forks, 7-1/2" spoons and 7-5/8" forks. The set also includes one of each of 7-1/4" gravy ladle, 12" ladle, 7-5/8" master butter knife, 5-3/4" tongs, 9" fish serving fork, 10-3/4" fish serving knife, 10" cake knife, 9" tomato server.

1081. A Lot of Two Antique Silver Plate Tankards with Lids
A lot of two antique silver plated tankards, each with a hinged lid. The taller tankard has a relief and incised floral embellishment and the spout has a mythological face. The handle has come off at the insulators and requires repair. There are marks from Martin Hall & Co. on the underside. Overall the tankard measures approx. 9"H. The second tankard has a very deep pictorial relief around the sides with classical figures and on the lid. The interior is insulated with a second layer, and there are maker's marks on the underside. This tankard measures approx. 6-3/4"H and the finish is worn through to the copper in many areas.
