A very nice Shirvan rug with connected medallions over a rich blue ground filled with with geometric and serrated shapes; one of the medallions features two small white panels with Arabic or Armenian script. The borders are woven with a simple repetitive floral and geometric pattern. The rug measures approx. 7'-3" x 3'-7/8". Please note that the rug curves a little.
