A gilt metal plant stand in an antiqued finish, of ovoid form in the shape of a basket supported by a four-legged stand with ornamental roping swagged around the sides and tassels at either end. The gilt finish is intentionally distressed. ca. 1880-90 Overall the stand measures 32" x 23" x 26"H.
