373. A Charming Vase by George Clews & Co, Turstall, English, ca. 1920's-30's

The vase is of bulbous shape with a flared mouth and base; the design on the vase includes various organic shell and foliate shapes over a marbled blue ground; all in matte glaze. Bottom stamped with a green underglaze Clews insignia stamp, and hand-written mark "45/117". Overall the piece measures approx. 7-1/2"T.
