| 41. A Lot of Nine Native American Arrowheads
A lot of nine Native American stone arrowheads, ranging in size from 4-1/4" to 1-3/4" long, with the typical flaked flattened shape, pointed end flaring to a flat back end, some with notches to help bind them to the arrow shaft. Two have "Anna, Ill", one has "Pamona, Ill", one "Seven Point MT.", one "Bald Knob" and one "Cobben, Ill" written in pen on the side. Indian arrowheads are a testament to early man's artistic ability. The symmetry and design of each arrowhead is astonishing to examine considering that they were carved and shaped by the earliest artist's of mankind. No two arrowheads are alike; each is an original and inventive design. 100/200 Sold $92.00 back to catalog |
