708. A Lovely Pair of Boudoir Lamps
A lovely pair of vintage boudoir lamps with ivory silk clip-on shades, measuring approx. 11-1/2"H to the top of the socket and 15-1/2"H to the top rim of the shade. The body is baluster-shaped in cut crystal, set on a mint green guilloche enamel surrounded by silver plate and set on four disc feet. The cap is also silver plated. The switches are pull-chain. Please note that the enamel varies slightly in color.

709. A Large Cloisonne Vase
A large cloisonne vase, approx. 20-1/8"H x 9" in diameter at the shoulder, the exterior elaborately embellished with Chinoiserie designs of flowering foliage, butterflies and birds. The lip and the foot are decorated in a key design. The enamel work is very well executed and the colors are variegated, providing a pleasant dimension to the surfaces.

710. A Large Cloisonne Ewer with Lid
A large cloisonne ewer, with a domed lid, decorated with a peacock motif, measuring approx. 15-1/2"H x 6" in diameter at the widest point. The faux-spout of the ewer in in the shape of the head and neck of the bird and the handle is in a molded and gilt serpentine shape. The knop at the top of the dome is in the shape of a peacock and the enamel designs on the body have peacocks intertwined between elaborately scrolling foliate shapes.

711. A Lot of Two Antique Copper Items
A lot of two antique hand made copper items including a well-proportioned tea kettle with a hinged handle and a graceful spout, measuring approx. 8" in diameter without the spout x 10" to the top of the handle. The interior is tinned. The second item is a very attractive container in a shape reminiscent of a fishing creel, with a hinged lid on the top, twisted hinged handle and relief decorations with fish and flowers hammered into the top. The sides also have a low relief in a lace-like pattern. There is a brass ring at the front in the image of a serpent and the interior is tinned. Overall it measures 14"W x 8"H x 8-1/2"D. The bottom of the container is not flat.

712. A Pictorial Enameled Plaque by R. Farlandie, Limoges
A pictorial enameled metal plaque, signed in gilt in the lower right corner with "Limoges" below the signature, R. Farlandie, framed in a wide painted and gilt double frame with a beaded lip. The enamel is fashioned on a vertical rectangular plaque with a convex shape, approx. 5-3/8" x 3-3/4" sight size, and with the frame overall 13" x 11-1/4". The scene of a romantic couple in a forest is executed mainly in clear colored enamels with hand painted gold details on the surface, and with opaque enamels on the heads, arms and feet. Behind the enamel is an accent layer of reflective foil.

713. A Hand Painted Wood Tray Table Top
A pretty hand painted wooden tray table top in the shape usually seen as a painted tole tray, with an irregular outline, a 2-1/2"W lip, and measuring approx. 30-1/4" x 22". The background has been painted black and there are mother-of-pearl inlays under some of the painted flowers at the center. The central image is a bouquet of mixed flowers in autumnal colors and the border and the rim are embellished with pretty flower and vine images. Part of the tilt-top mechanism remains on the underside.

A handsome marble umbrella stand, in a simple cylindrical form with a slightly flaring lip, 20"H x 8" in diameter. The stone is beautifully veined with taupe, rust and ivory and other natural inclusions. The surface is softly polished.

715. An Early 20th Century Hand Made Basket
An early 20th Century hand made basket form, in a tightly wrapped, coiled circular shape on an 1-3/8"H foot, with leather banding around the 13" diameter perimeter, and on the bottom edge of the foot, also with leather straps at three sides. On the underside of the place where the straps are attached are sewn on decorations of three shells each. This form has origins as a Harrar Ethiopia "Mother-In-Law's basket" with leather trim and cowrie shell decorations.

716. An Antique Brass Andiron and Fender Set
A pretty antique hollow brass andiron and fender set, with a notable motif throughout of a spiral rope pattern. The andirons have a single spiral shaft and bulbous top and bottom, standing on scrolled feet with flowers inside the scrolls and small gadrooned feet below. They measure approx. 8"W at the base x 19-1/4"H x 16"D. The fender has a plain base with a double layered gallery comprised of spiral rope turned rods supported by six turned posts. Overall it measures 48"W x 13-1/2"D x 10"H.
