Shoki, the demon slayer, in carved ivory shown battling five attacking Oni demons. Very finely carved with great attention to detail, especially on the faces. The underside features an incised pattern and is signed, probably by the artist. Overall the carving measures approx. 5"T x 2-3/4"W x 2"D.
