| 620. A Pair of Paul Storr Silver Tazzas, ca. Early 19th Century
Silver pedestal tazzas, with hallmarks of Paul Storr (British 1771 - 1844), possibly a 9th mark, "P S" in a double oval cartouch with points at top and bottom. Georgian hallmarks include; rampant lion, crowned leopard's head, lower case "b" date letter and King George profile, right facing. Both have the Vernon family crest engraved in center of plate, flanked by a lion and boar. Each approx. 4"T x 10"W, approx. 41.28 troy oz. 1,600/1,800 back to catalog |
