| 752. Belleek Aberdeen Parian Jugs, Right & Left Pair, Second Period (1891 - 1926)
Two high luster creamware jugs, matching left and right handled, with applied flowers, in a high gloss finish. Both are with printed second period black mark. Both are approx. 9"T. Belleek changed its mark to comply with the McKinley Tariff Act of 1891, requiring imports to the USA to specify the country of origin. A second banner was added below the first mark, carrying the words "CO FERMANAGH, IRELAND". 800/1,200 Sold $431.25 back to catalog |
