"Valley of the Yosemite, Vale I". Oil on canvas, no signature found, the canvas size 30-14" x 46", framed in a newer gilt frame measuring overall 34-1/2" x 50-3/4". There is a fragment of canvas affixed to the new stretcher with the title and the name Thomas Moran and the date 1874 written in pen, presumably saved with the relining.
