An octagonally shaped sterling silver cup with a scrolling handle, and with the outsides decorated in floral repousse designs, made by Theodore B. Starr, New York, marked on the underside and also engraved with a dedication from 1897. The cup measures 2-7/8" x 2-7/8" x 3"H. Weighs 6.51 troy oz.
