Image measures approx. 11" square, in a contemporary gilt wood frame with canvas lining and gilt detailing approx. 19" square. Vladimir Nikolaevich Korkodym is a distinguished artist of Russia. He graduated from the College of Fine Arts in Vladivostok and later from the Surikov Moscow State Academic Art Institute; while there, Korkodym was an understudy of Gricay, Zhilinski, and Schilnikov. Korkodym's works are displayed by The State Tretyakov Gallery, as well as many private collections around the world.
