A superb Art Deco platinum and 18K white gold brooch/pendant, ca. 1920's. The shape of the pin is an elongated oval swirl set with diamonds, rubies and a 10 mm pearl at one end. Overall it measures approx. 1-5/8" x 7-8", and the stones are set in millegrain. There are 20 square cut rubies of various sizes (1.00 tcw), 35 round diamonds (1.44 tcw), VSI-2 clarity. It weighs a total of 9.1 gm. The bale is removable.
