A lovely green translucent jade carved Koro with lid, approx. 5-1/2"H x 7"W x 4-3/4"D. The squat 4-3/4" diameter body sits on three lion's paw legs with the faces of lions at the top. The body is carved in relief with landscapes with figures. At either side of the body are beautifully carved floral handles with rings. The lid is carved with a similar landscape all around and the knob at the top is a large blossom matching the handles. The Koro comes with it's own textile upholstered box.
