Designed by Levillain and signed in the casting, marked F. Barbedienne,on underside of tazza as well as base. Large, round centerpiece, in the center with a round relief medallion with an antique shepherd scene, titled "Menalcas Mopsus" after the two shepherds in the work of the Roman poet Vergilius.
