The Marcel Breuer style chair with a leather sling seat, back and armrests supported by a polished tubular steel frame, unmarked, approx. 28-1/2"T x 31"W x 28"D. From the estate of Phyllis J. Boim, University Hts. Ohio. The Wassily chair, like many other designs of the modernist movement, has been mass-produced since the 1960s, and as a design classic is still available today. Though patent designs are expired, the trademark name rights to the design are owned by Knoll of New York City.
