A lovely portrait of Sibilla, wearing a brocaded red gown and a blue and gold turban, holding a scroll of music, no signature found, image of a woman with instrument and music. Detail painting on ivory, very fine. Approx. 4-1/2" x 3-3/8". Painted after "Profetisa" or "The Cumean Sybil", ca. 1616, by Domenico Zampieri (aka Domenichino).
