A fancy 6" wide, deeply ornamented gilt frame, approx. 27" x 23" overall, the rabbet size approx. 15-1/8" x 11-3/4", or 38.4177 cm x 29.845 cm., now fit with a contemporary mirror. Broad flat sections with carved corners that have Rococo style carving with leaves and scrolls. Scalloped edges and dip/knob border. Hand carved wood with gesso, red clay and gilding.
