A charming pair of Nymphenburg porcelain figurines, each approx. 8-1/4"H, marked on the underside in cobalt blue, "Germany" in green and impressed marks. The man holds two birds inside his hat and is posed pointing to them. The woman carries an empty birdcage with an open door. Besides the engaging narrative, each is expertly painted with blue and gilt accents on their costume. They stand on rococo style bases decorated in gilt.

A Continental porcelain figurine of a lady carrying an instrument, approx. 7"H. She stands on a rococo style mound base that has a cobalt blue mark in the underglaze at the back, and on the underside on top of the glaze written in iron red: "Made in France". Also at the hem of her skirt is a potted plant. She wears a demure expression and a flower-like hat. Her yellow dress falls slightly down at the bodice (a wardrobe malfunction) and the hem of her skirt flutters out to reveal a beautifully flowered skirt that matches her sleeves. Her shoes and her belt are in a vivid blue glaze.

A pair of Continental porcelain figurines, one of a young man with his dog and the other of a young lass with a lamb, each similarly hand decorated in polychrome glazes and each marked on the back of the base in cobalt blue and "Made in France" printed on the underside on top of the glaze. Each figure is seated prettily on a mound base with flowers strewn about and each holds a small nosegay of flowers. Their costumes are expertly painted in matching colors with floral designs and applied accent bows. The animals are particularly charming.

A collection of miniature tabatieres and a shell souvenir coin purse. The four tabatieres consist of: a Battersea type ovoid blue enamel on metal box with a mirror inside the lit and a very worn gilt image of a lady holding a wreath on the lid, approx. 2-1/8" x 1-3/8" x 5/8"H; a hand painted porcelain box with metal mounts approx. 2-1/2" in diameter x 1-3/4"H decorated with multicolor flowers, gilt and enamel accents, marked with a cobalt blue mark on the underside; a porcelain box with metal mounts, approx. 2" in diameter x 1"H with a transfer printed portrait of a lady in a fancy hat on the lid, impressed "Germany" on the underside; a transfer and hand enameled porcelain box with metal mounts with an interior scene on the lid and enameled and gilt flowers scrolling around the side, clusters of flowers on the inside and the inside of the lid. The shell souvenir coin purse has metal mounts, red material interior, and the remnants of hand painted flowers on one side, approx. 2-1/2" x 1-3/4"x 1/2".
